Odoo that fits how your operation actually runs.
Zelifcam is an official Odoo partner based in San Antonio. We set up and fix Odoo for owner-led companies that carry a lot of inventory or run a lot of operations. Odoo runs the operation. Your accounting stays where it is.
Who this is for
The companies we do our best Odoo work for tend to look alike. Family-owned or owner-led. Many are here in San Antonio or elsewhere in Texas, and we work with companies outside Texas too. Distributors, wholesalers, suppliers, light manufacturers, and other companies where a lot of work and product moves through the building every day.
It usually sounds like one of these:
The counts in the system don't match what's on the shelf.
The warehouse runs on a spreadsheet one person updates when they remember.
One person is the system, and when they take two weeks off, things get weird.
You already bought Odoo. Someone set it up, it went live, and the team went right back to spreadsheets.
The partner who set it up is out of reach or gone, and nobody owns it now.
If you want the cheapest possible install, or the owner can't be involved, we're probably not the right partner.
Odoo runs the operation. Your accounting stays where it is.
People ask about this first, so here it is plainly.
We use Odoo to run the operations side of the business:
- Inventory
- what you have, where it is, and counts people trust.
- Warehouse
- receiving, putting stock away, picking, and checking deliveries.
- Purchasing
- what to order, from whom, and what's still on the way.
- Sales
- quotes, orders, and what the customer was promised.
- Website
- your site and your catalog, on the same system as everything else. This site runs on Odoo too.
Your accounting stays where it is. We don't ask you to move your books. We connect Odoo to the system your books already live in.
We also run our own company on Odoo, so we use it every day, not just for clients.
The Odoo Rescue Assessment
If you're already on Odoo and it isn't working the way it should, this is where we start.
The Odoo Rescue Assessment is a paid, fixed-scope engagement. You know what it covers before it starts. It's a real piece of work with a deliverable you keep, not a sales call.
What we look at
Your Odoo setup
how it was configured, what was customized, and what doesn't fit how you work.
How product and work move
receiving, the warehouse, purchasing, and sales, the way your people actually do it day to day.
Your data
how clean it is, where it stops matching, and what can be trusted.
Whether people are really using it
where the team works in Odoo, and where they've gone back to spreadsheets, and why.
What you get
- Written findings on what we found.
- A plan you keep, whether or not you hire us for the next step.
- A straight answer on whether to fix what you have or start over.
Sometimes the answer is that you don't need us. If that's the case, we'll tell you.
Not on Odoo yet?
If your inventory and warehouse run on spreadsheets and you're wondering whether Odoo makes sense, start with the same discovery session. We'll help you figure out whether Odoo fits your operation. Sometimes it doesn't, and we'll tell you that too.
A rescue, not a restart
A family-run distributor in San Antonio already had Odoo. Someone else set it up, and it didn't fit how the business actually runs.
We didn't start over. We reworked the setup around how their people and their product actually move, and cut the screens down to what each person needs to do their job.
Since go-live, the sales team has worked in it every day. The warehouse floor takes longer: the full count, and the daily habits of receiving, putting stock away, and checking deliveries. We're still working through that with them. That's normal. Go-live is one day. Habits take longer, and that's the part that gets skipped when a partner disappears after go-live.
How we work on Odoo
Start with how the work flows, not with the software.
The setup gets a lot easier once we understand how product and paperwork really move through your building.
Fix the data before automating on top of it.
Automating a process that runs on numbers nobody trusts just produces wrong answers faster.
Go-live isn't the finish line.
The job is done when the people on the floor trust the numbers. We stick around for that part.
Fewer systems, not more.
The best outcome is usually one system your team actually uses.
A note from Brandon
I'm based in San Antonio, and I show up in person. I'm happy to come on site, including for companies outside Texas. If your system went live but your team never really moved in, that's the conversation I'm good at.

Start with a conversation.
Book a 30-minute discovery session. It's a call, not the assessment. We'll talk through your operation and your Odoo setup, and by the end we'll both know whether an Odoo Rescue Assessment makes sense.
Rather write first? Email [email protected] or call 210-569-0010.
Not sure this is an Odoo problem? See the System Assessment.
