What the First 30 Days Look Like
Week 1: Kickoff. We meet. You walk us through your current systems, tools, and team. We identify the biggest pain points and immediate risks. No assumptions. No auditing from a spreadsheet.
Week 2: First Findings. First strategy session with initial findings from the system review. We triage priorities together: what needs attention now, what can wait, and what's not worth touching.
Week 3: Audit and Oversight. Technology audit begins (Tier 2 clients). If you have a developer or contractor, we review their work. For regulated environments, this includes a security review.
Week 4: Action Plan. One-page action plan delivered. Clear priorities, recommended next steps. If you're ready to start building, we map out the first quarter of delivery credits together.

Most of our advisory clients convert to delivery credits within a quarter or two. That's by design. The advisory engagement identifies what needs to be built and in what order. When you're ready to start building, your advisory relationship becomes part of your delivery credit engagement. Same team. Same context. No starting over.
