Position Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can take complex software ideas and turn them into organized, on-time delivery. Beyond building timelines and checking boxes, you’ll be the person who spots risks early, keeps communication flowing, and ensures the team always knows what’s next and why it matters. If you enjoy bringing clarity to moving parts and helping teams deliver great software, this role sits right at the center of how we make that happen.

About Our Work

At Zelifcam, you'll be part of a team that handles everything from new custom software development to legacy code support. Our comprehensive services include software development for desktop, web, and mobile platforms, quality assurance with both automated and manual testing, and project management using agile methodologies. You'll work on projects for clients in real estate, manufacturing, medical, legal, and IT sectors, ensuring that every solution is tailored to meet unique business needs and budgets.

  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule
  • Monitor progress, adjust plans dynamically, and maintain project documentation
  • Ensure deliverables meet functional, design, and performance expectations before release
  • Oversee testing cycles, bug triage, release readiness, and post-launch support planning
  • Maintain project budgets, track time allocation, and ensure efficient resource usage
  • Support ongoing maintenance and legacy system projects with clear prioritization and planning
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible explanations for non-technical stakeholders
  • Leverage modern PM tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and clarity
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote transparent, consistent communication across teams
Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of QA processes including automated and manual testing workflows
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with DevOps teams
  • Background supporting legacy software modernization efforts and long-term maintenance projects
  • Ability to navigate and coordinate API integrations, third-party services, and multi-system dependencies
  • Familiarity with real-time application features, mobile app workflows, and cross-platform development considerations
  • Comfort running client demos, stakeholder reviews, and post-launch retrospectives
  • Strong documentation habits and experience improving internal project processes

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management experience in custom software development

Ideal Candidate

You’re not just managing tasks; you thrive in environments where every project has its own personality, technical stack, and set of challenges. You understand that being a great project manager isn’t about forcing one rigid process onto every team. It’s about choosing the right approach for each project, adapting quickly, and keeping clarity even when requirements shift or stakeholders change direction.

You see AI as a powerful extension of your toolkit. You use it to streamline documentation, surface risks, draft timelines, and enhance communication. But you also know how to lead confidently without it. You rely on critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and real-world experience to make the decisions that actually move projects forward.

You appreciate working with an established company that has long-term, trust-based client relationships. You’re excited to guide teams that build impactful software used across industries, and you find satisfaction in delivering results that genuinely make clients’ lives easier. You’re the kind of PM who keeps people aligned, supported, and motivated, no matter how complex the project gets.
