Position Overview

The Full Stack Software Developer owns the end-to-end technical execution of web, mobile, and enterprise applications across a diverse client portfolio. This role is built for someone who takes pride in precision, thrives with autonomy, and holds themselves to a high standard of code quality without needing to be micromanaged.

You'll build solutions for clients in real estate, manufacturing, medical, legal, and IT sectors, where accuracy and reliability are non-negotiable. If you take quality personally, you'll fit right in.


Core Responsibilities
  • Designs, builds, and maintains full-stack applications using React/Next.js with Grails, Laravel, or Node.js backends
  • Develops cross-platform mobile applications in Flutter/Dart
  • Implements RESTful APIs and GraphQL services with clean, documented, and maintainable code
  • Integrates third-party platforms and manages legacy systems with accuracy and minimal technical debt
  • Enforces and upholds established development standards, conventions, and workflows
  • Communicates technical decisions and blockers clearly within agile processes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Frontend: Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
  • Backend: Solid experience with at least one of: Laravel (PHP), Grails (Groovy/Java), or Node.js/Express
  • Mobile: Flutter and Dart development experience
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL (Firebase Firestore)
  • Version Control: Git with disciplined branching and commit practices
  • DevOps: Docker containerization and foundational AWS knowledge
  • AI Integration: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) as precision instruments, not shortcuts
  • Strong problem-solving instincts with a low tolerance for ambiguous or undocumented code
  • Adaptability: Able to context-switch across stacks without sacrificing quality
  • Self-directed learning: Picks up new technologies independently as project requirements evolve
  • Able to communicate technical context clearly to US-based clients and internal stakeholders when needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microservices architecture experience
  • Testing frameworks: Cypress, Jest, PHPUnit, or Spock
  • CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions)
  • Web scraping and automation tools (Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy)
  • Real-time application development with WebSockets
  • Payment gateway integration
  • Proven track record of modernizing legacy codebases without breaking existing functionality
  • Experience with QA processes including both automated and manual testing
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
